The Smart Vision Lights LM150 Mini Linear Light is a high brightness linear bar light for use in demanding Machine Vision Applications where intense lighting is needed in a compact form factor. This light features the patented Multi-Drive built in driver which will allow the user to operate this light in either constant ON operation or OverDrive (high intensity strobe) operation. The industry standard 5 Pin M12 connector makes for simple wiring and the multiple lensing options give this light a variety of illumination area capabilities. The light incorporates 0-10V analog control which gives the user total control over intensity.

Smart Vision Lights smallest, most compact linear lights are the mini LED linear lights of the LM family. These lights are extremely bright and available in multiple wavelengths to meet your application needs. The Multi-Drive™ controller combines the Constant ON operation and OverDrive Strobe (high pulse operation) into one easy to use product. The Multi-Drive™ controller allows the user to run the product at the maximum allowed intensity by the LED manufacturer by simply setting the product parameters and also protects the LEDs from premature degradation and failure caused by excessive heat through regulation of the current delivered to the LEDs and limiting the duty cycle of the light.

Measuring 141 mm, the LM150 offers a new and unique size option, joining the already popular LM45 and LM75 models in the bar light series. While the LM150 and other bar lights may be used for brightfield or darkfield illumination, depending on physical placement, the long and very narrow profile of the LM150 makes it ideal for darkfield applications. It is especially useful for surface inspection of cell phone, tablet, and other flat-panel displays. The compactness of the LM150 is particularly suited to electronic assembly and other highly automated tasks where space is limited and light placement is critical.
